At PathForge, we believe in finding positive, welcoming ways to inspire boys and men to thrive in fair and equal societies. Through research-based guidance, training, and narratives, we equip them with the tools to forge meaningful, purpose-driven lives, build strong identities, and take on valued roles as partners, fathers, and citizens.
Our independent research into masculinities, gender norms, equality, and ethics, finds practical applications as policy advice, training courses, and public outreach materials. We address problems boys and men struggle with, develop positively framed narratives promoting critical engagement with traditional masculine norms, and highlight paths towards living a life of purpose, reached potential, and personal fulfilment in ways which respect the rights of others and are consistent with the principles of fairness and equality.
